- You have a full 365 days (one year) from your date of purchase to request a refund

- Full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method

The One Program (Coaching Program)
The One Program is a comprehensive transformation coaching program that requires significant commitment from both you and our team. Due to the personalized nature of coaching services and the resources invested in each participant, the following refund policy applies:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from your program start date. If you determine within the first 30 days that The One Program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:
Conditions for Refund:
- Active Participation Required: You must demonstrate good-faith participation, including attending scheduled calls and engaging with program materials
- Timely Request: Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your program start date
- Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
Refund Calculation:
- Within First 14 Days: Full refund of amount paid, minus a $500 administrative fee to cover onboarding and materials
- Days 15-30: 50% refund of total program investment
- After 30 Days: No refunds available
Payment Plans:
If you enrolled using a payment plan and request a refund:
- All payments made to date are subject to the refund calculation above
- Any remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled
- If you discontinue participation without requesting a formal refund, remaining payment plan installments remain due and payable

- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:
- Request made after the 30-day guarantee period
- Failure to participate in program activities (non-attendance is not grounds for refund)
- Change of mind after the guarantee period
- Violation of program terms or code of conduct resulting in removal
- Dissatisfaction with results due to lack of personal effort or implementation
Other Programs, Courses & Memberships
For any other digital courses, memberships, or programs not specifically listed above, the following general refund policy applies:
Digital Courses (Self-Paced):
- 14-Day Refund Window: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
- Condition: Less than 25% of course content has been accessed
- After 14 Days: No refunds available
Memberships & Subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before your next billing date. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: Cancel within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel but no refund will be issued for the remaining term.
Live Events & Workshops:
- More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
- 14-30 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before event: No refunds (ticket may be transferred to another person)
General Refund Terms
Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Permanent ban from future purchases and programs
- Collection efforts for any amounts owed
- Reporting to appropriate fraud prevention services
